She comes with a rich experience of 16 years in Hotel operations, Training and Teaching in Hospitality sector. She had worked as a Management Trainee with Taj group of Hotels like Taj Deccan (Hyderabad), Taj President (Mumbai), Taj Gateway (Nashik), Taj ITPL (Bengaluru). Later worked as an educator in reputed Hotel management Institutes in Mumbai.

Ms. Smita is a Certified Hospitality Educator (AHLEI), Masters in Hotel Operations (Annamalai Unniversity) and completed her graduation from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition-Ahmedabad. She is a creative person and exhibits it through Linen origami, flower arrangement and embroidery.
