Application and Required Documents
To be considered for admission, applicants must submit an application along with attested copies of the following documents:

H.S.C. (Std. XII) or equivalent mark sheet

S.S.C. (Std. X) mark sheet and passing certificate

School/College Leaving Certificate (after qualifying examination)
-
Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Documents for children of Defence Service personnel

Gap Certificate (if applicable)
-
Transfer Certificate
-
Migration Certificate (for students from other boards or universities)
-
No Objection Certificate (for students from other colleges)

Aadhar Card
Attestation of Documents
All attached documents must be attested by:

The Principal of the School/Institute, or
-
A Gazetted Officer, or
-
A Special Executive Magistrate
Alternatively, self-attested documents are also acceptable.
Note: Original documents must be presented during the admission verification process.
Application Requirements
Applications will not be considered if they are:

Incomplete or incorrectly filled

Missing any required attested documents
-
Submitted after the deadline
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible for the B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies program, the candidate must:

Have passed the XII Standard Examination (any stream/discipline) from any recognized board in India or abroad
-
Achieve a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (44.5% rounded up to 45%)
-
For Reserved Category: Minimum 40% (39.5% rounded up to 40%)

Admission Procedure

Admission schedules will be posted at the Admission Centre.

After completion of all selection stages, a final list of selected candidates will be displayed.
Reservation Policy
-
50% of seats are reserved for linguistic minority students from the state of Karnataka.
-
Additional reservations as per the rules of the Government of Maharashtra.
Fee Structure
Students must pay the annual tuition and other fees (including uniform, books, toolkit, study tour, etc.) as per institute guidelines, by the prescribed dates.
Applicants to Other Institutes
If you are applying to multiple institutes simultaneously, this must be clearly stated in your application. It will be considered during any fee refund process, if applicable.
Provisional and Confirmed Admission

Admission is provisional upon fee payment.

Admission is confirmed only after certificate verification by authorized personnel.
Student Transfer Policy

Transfers during the same year/semester are not permitted.
-
Transfers between unaided institutions are possible only with:

Written consent from both institutions
-
University/Board approval
-
Cancellation of Admission
-
Students may cancel admission by submitting a written application.
-
In such cases, reconsideration is not guaranteed unless permitted by the admission authority.

Students discontinuing their studies must submit a written application and will be issued a Transfer Certificate.
Refund Policy
Refund of fees will be as per the University of Mumbai’s refund policy.
