Terms & Conditions for Online Fee Submission

  • Online transaction charges are not included in the fee amount and will be charged separately depending on the payment method (Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card).
  • All rules and regulations mentioned in the official Fee Book remain applicable.
  • Payments made through digital channels typically reflect in the college account within 1–2 business days. It is the student's responsibility to ensure timely payment.
  • The college is not liable for failed transactions or delays in fee settlements due to technical or banking issues.
  • In case of a failed online payment on the last due date, fine waivers will not be granted. Students are advised to pay well in advance.

Refund / Cancellation
Policy

Technical Issues

If a payment is deducted from your bank but not reflected in our system, and the payment gateway confirms the transaction, the amount will be updated manually in our records. This may take 7–10 working days.

Multiple Payments

In case of duplicate transactions confirmed by the payment gateway, the extra amount will be refunded or adjusted towards future fees, as per the payer’s request. Processing may take 7–10 working days.

Other Discrepancies

For any other payment-related issues, the parent/guardian must contact the college directly. The college’s decision on such matters will be final.
