
RPH Culinary Students Cook with Chef Vikas Khanna at US Cranberries Launch

On 24th February 2026, the First Year B.A. Culinary Arts students of RPH had the privilege of attending a prestigious culinary event at JW Marriott, Juhu, led by celebrated chef Vikas Khanna. The event marked the launch of the US Cranberries initiative, celebrating the versatility of cranberries in modern cuisine.
Students worked alongside Chef Vikas Khanna and a team of professional chefs, gaining hands-on exposure to high-level culinary practices, innovative cranberry-based dishes, and contemporary techniques – an inspiring, real-world learning experience.
